VBC (Vicnoran Broadcasting Corporation) is the public television channel in Vicnora formed on September 4, 1959. It is the only public state-owned TV channel in Vicnora.


The channel was founded by the Vicnoran government under Vicnora Broadcasting Act. The first airing covers Vicnoran programs, such as Tugaganda Festival, also for international programming.

It lost the monopoly when VTVEN was launched in 1980 founded by Michael Vlokozu three years after takes control of Vicnora, the same year launched the color broadcasting.

In 2016, VBC began broadcasting in 16:9 widescreen format.
