Music CommentsEdit

Official comments from the .it file:

Flandre Scarlet's theme.
liked this one the best out of the whole game. It depicts a devilish girl in an Oriental and mysterious way.
Loli-tastic melodies like this are what I'm best at, so I had a lot of fun composing this.

Reception and parodiesEdit

The song was a huge hit worldwide and critically acclaimed by critics. The song has been widely parodied and remixed on the internet, with the most popular sites like YouTube, VidSpace, and Nico Nico. Many arrangements from being cute intended for relaxing to insane for bloodthirsty fans, generally from Flandre Scarlet's personality. The song has also made a cult following in pop culture, it was even featured in MAD magazine and for a limited time, the song introduced many new Touhou Project players as "newcomers hoihoi" on Nico Nico. The theme is commonly remixed with other themes such as Remilia Scarlet's theme Septette for the Dead Princess or Koishi Komeiji's theme Hartmann's Youkai Girl.
