   Tori Corporation (株式会社トーリ Kabushiki Gaisha Tōri?) was a Japanese video game developer of various arcade games throughout the mid 1990s. The company was founded in 1977 and manufactured arcade parts across Japan. Tori is best known for their Exelrate series of futuristic racing games and Counter Attack. The company dissolved in the early 2000s, with Forcefield Entertainment purchasing all of the company's assets in 2001.
