TTV (TransTeleVision) is an El Kadsreian public-owned television channel started in 1951. It is the first broadcasting in color since 1957.

TTV started on December 1, 1951, as a public television channel with its public service programs.

The idents used from September 2005 to January 2008 featured the logo fading in and out constantly. Toa stated that he wanted the identity of the channel should have a "calm, but suspending" feel. These idents were negatively received, and Toa was exiled in December 2007 for getting too dictative and power happy.

New idents were broadcast onto the channel on 25th January 2008 at 4:00 pm. These idents were apparently "tossed together in a few weeks". There were three idents, Space, Colour, and Dream. Space featured explosives and spirals in dark backgrounds, Colour featured paint splatting and blobs mixing together, and Dream featured clouds and light backgrounds. The idents were reworked to appear fancier and made longer in May that year, and in July, an HD version of the channel was launched, and the idents were reworked to appear brighter. These were used until August 2011.

The idents used from August 2011 to March 2014 featured dark and silent idents featuring a robot. These idents were criticized for scaring young children and appearing too "jumpy". Because of this, in December 2012, the robot's neutral mouth was changed to a smile and in February 2013, the idents changed from being very dark to having a black background.
