Jade Al-Dimashqi (Jade Mehmet before marriage) (born June 5, 1979) is a Chinese-born Barokian actress, celebrity, singer, and voice actress.

Bio[]

Jade Al-Dimashqi was born Bao Xiaoyan in Quanzhou, China. When she was 15 weeks old, she was abandoned at the base of the Canton Tower in Guangzhou. A note was pinned to her clothing that had her birth date on it. Jade was adopted by Sunni Islam imam Dhikrullah Fadi Mehmet and his wife Fulla Afaf Mehmet.

She started her singing career in 1990, starting her first song, Love cannot end. It became a famous hit and Fusid Top Charts 1992 ranked it #1. She started film acting in 1992 with the action film, The Chinamen, and she played as Mina.

In 2003, she married Hafez Al-Dimashqi, the Barokian pop singer.
