Megacyphor is a 2015 sci-fi action tokusatsu film directed by Pasi Peure, written by Tom Adams, produced by Toei Company and distributed by El TV Kadsre Films and it was released on October 23, 2015. It is the 57th Technic Heroes installment.

Production and release

In 2006, El Kadsreian filmmaker Tom Adams wrote the script for Megacyphor. It has been in development hell for years. At one point, the film was set to star a group of five El Kadsreian leads named Robert Vizay, David Andrews, Bill Carzala, Michelle Dager, and Rebecca Vanvay with a production budget of low $15 million. Wayne Anderson was originally scheduled to make his feature film directorial debut with his film with Vizay as the lead. On December 10, 2010, El TV Kadsre Films, Toei Company and Pasi Peure won the rights to the film and became an installment of the Technic Heroes Saga. In 2011, El TV Kadsre gave a release date of October 23, 2015. The cast was announced between January and March 2012. Filming began on January 15, 2014, in El Kadsre City.
