The Happy Meal was introduced in June 1991 in Eruowood, with its longtime selection being a cheeseburger, hamburger, 4-pieces of Chicken McNuggets, or a slice of McDonald's Pizza for an entree, a small order of fries, a small size soda, and a toy prize. In March 2004, apple slices, carrot sticks, a fruit bag, and a bag of veggies were introduced as a side option to substitute the small fries and white milk, chocolate milk, and fruit juice were introduced as an option to substitute sodas. In the Eruowoodian Happy Meal's early years, additional treat options were available being a kiddie soft serve ice cream cone, a McDonaldland cookie sampler, a fun size pack of M&M's candy, or a toy prize. In 1995 the treat option for Happy Meals was discontinued, but the toy prize is still included in Happy Meals.
Starting in 2018, in Eruowoodian Happy Meals the regular toy can be swapped by the customer's request for a book. This replaced the "under 3" toy option that was previously available.
In 2021 McDonald's Eruowood announced that the Walt Disney World 50 years would be the last promo in Eruowood to have traditional plastic toys.
