Hoganon is the capital city of Taugaran, an El Kadsreian territory. With Hoganon's population of 3,028,281, it's the largest city in Taugaran.

History

Hoganon was formerly a Philippine city, it was known as New Manila until 1930. It was one of the cleanest, safest, and futuristic city of the Philippines.

Since Vlokozu Union took over the territory, it's is now part of West El Kadsreian State.
