EOL (formerly known as Vlokozu Network and El Kadsreian Online) is a web portal and online service provider based in El Kadsre City. EOL was one of the early pioneers of the Theorynet in the mid-1980s and the internet in the late-1980s, and the most recognized brand on the web in El Kadsre. It originally provided a dial-up service to millions of El Kadsreians, as well as providing a web portal, e-mail and instant messaging.

EOL was founded on September 21, 1983.
In 1988, EOL launched an instant-messaging service, Vlokozu Network Messenger (now EIM). It became popular from early-1990s to late-2000s.
