Clemente Rossini (born January 15, 1963) is a Sammarinese-El Kadsreian actress primarily associated with voice acting roles in El TV Kadsre Animation projects.

Born in San Marino, Clemente came to West El Kadsre at age 6. She speaks fluent Italian.
She is also a founding member of Rinava, playing keyboards for them in their debut year of 1977 and for some shows in 1982.
